I paint with high-quality watercolours and Gouache and sometimes other media like chalk paint on either paper, cardboard or plywood. They can be finished with clear or dark wax which makes them look oil paintings. Good reference material is crucial for a satisfying result! This can be an actual object or a good photograph. I’ve painted a range of very different things due to my training as an illustrator but I currently specialize in favorite objects from kitchenware and vintage toys to old boots and animal portraits.
